Police detects a semi -subsidiary to transport cocaine to Spain in Brazil

The National Police, in a joint operation with the Federal Police of Brazil, the Portuguese Judicial Policy and the American Agency DEA, has intercepted last Saturday in the Brazilian state of Paraá, a semi -submersible vessel for international narcotic transport to the Spanish coasts. So far five people have been arrested although the operation is still open and new arrests are not ruled out.

The operation has had the participation of the Tactical Operations Command of the Federal Police of Brazil, as well as with the air support of a Brazilian Air Force helicopter and the maritime support of a Brazilian Navy ship.

The identification and location of the vessel was possible thanks to international police cooperation between the Spanish National Police, the Judicial Policy of Portugal and the United States Drug Control Administration (DEA) that, together with the Brazilian authorities, were able to intercept the boat dedicated to international drug trafficking and was destined for the Spanish coasts.
