Sonia Moneo Díazin front of Prodeinit has been excited on Tuesday when receiving the Accésit to the training and use of the 2025 SME Navarra Award. A recognition he has dedicated to his father. “We are a small company and for us this is to win. The prize I want to dedicate it to my father and team, which is wonderful. I am nonconformist and we cannot stop. That my father delegated to us was a pride and has allowed us to innovate and adapt to the new media,” he said. He took the reins of the company that his father founded in 2004. Sonia Moneo Díaz had not thought about this possibility when it was decided to study the higher degree of administration and finance FP. He had many ideas in the head that did not go through the family business. But the opportunity arose and said that he did know that he entered a world, as she recognizes, of men. Today is in charge of a company that, with 33 workers and a turnover of 4 million euros, is dedicated, not to turn off fires, but to provide the instruments for the client to do.
The initial activity, which is maintained, was supply, installation and maintenance of fire material (fire extinguishers, fire doors, fire mouths/hoses, pressure groups … Subsequently, as of 2017, it was extended to supply and installation of robbery safety systems, such as cameras (CCTV and closed television circuit). This second activity now represents 20%. The company began in Monasterio de Irache. They bought land in the Landazábal industrial estate, Villava, where they currently occupy an extension of 18,000 square meters.
