Improvements in other working conditions

In addition to salary increase, The agreement includes improvements in labor reconciliation. Centers with non -generalized openings will have guaranteed a minimum of 8 full rest weekends (Saturday and Sunday), while in generalized opening centers this minimum amounts to 9 weekends. In companies with greater union representation, these breaks can be extended even more.
