The student of International Double Degree in Business Administration (ADE) and Economics Inés Saiz Serna has received the only one Santander Scholarship Excellence 360º destined to the Public University of Navarra (UPNA). Endowed with 12.000 eurosit rewards students with excellent academic files (mean greater than 8.5) who have also carried out complementary training during the course. In total, the banking entity, in collaboration with the universities, has distributed a total of 77 scholarships of this type throughout Spain.
During her studies at the UPNA, the Scholarship student has participated in a mobility with the program Erasmus +thanks to which he studied at the Czech Republic For a year and, last semester, he made an international mobility in Taiwan. In addition, it completed Erasmus extracurricular practices in Prague (Czech Republic), in the Financial Digital Transformation Department of a multinational.
Inés Saiz highlights the importance of performing other activities at the University of the academic: “From my experience, complementary training has been one of the best decisions I have made in university. Not only has it allowed me to learn things and face different challenges, but also to meet new people, do what many call” networking “, and discover other paths that I would probably not have explored if I had limited me only to classes.”
I would encourage any student to look for new challenges, to leave their comfort zone and take advantage of the thousand options they have outside the classrooms: languages, volunteering, sports, exchanges, practices, workshops … All this allows you to grow, open your mind and prepare better for what comes next.
In a world where the initiative, curiosity and adaptation capacity are increasingly valued, taking advantage of these opportunities places you a step ahead. In the end, what makes the difference is usually out of the script. “
